1. Information we collect
We collect account information you provide (name, email, phone), identity and vehicle documents you upload for verification, trip details, payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers), messages sent through the platform, and usage data such as searches and page views.
2. How we use it
We use your information to operate the marketplace: matching renters and hosts, processing payments and payouts, verifying identity and vehicle ownership, resolving damage claims and disputes, sending transactional emails, and improving the product (including our AI support assistant, which is only shown the conversation you have with it).
3. Sharing
We share your name and contact details with the other party on a confirmed trip so you can coordinate pickup. We share payment details with Stripe to process transactions and payouts. We do not sell your personal information.
4. AI support assistant
Our support chat is powered by a third-party large language model provider. Messages you send to the assistant are processed to generate a response and, if you ask to speak with a human or the assistant can't help, are saved as a support ticket for our team to follow up on.
5. Data retention
We retain trip records, verification documents, and financial records as required for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. You can request deletion of your account by contacting support, subject to these retention requirements.
6. Your choices
You can update your profile information at any time from your account settings, and control which email notifications you receive from your notification settings.
